April 10, 2006 - Local Private Investigator elected President of Licensed Private Detectives Association of Massachusetts. (LPDAM)

Worcester County private investigator and Sterling resident, John M. Lajoie, BCPI, CCDI, CLI, CII, owner of Lajoie Investigations, Inc., one of the largest investigative agencies in Massachusetts , was elected and installed as the 15th President of the Licensed Private Detectives Association of Massachusetts (LPDAM) on April 3rd, 2006.  Lajoie, a Charter Member of LPDAM and member of their Board of Directors, is the first licensed private detective located west of the I-495 corridor to be elected as the LPDAM President.


October 13, 2005 - Real Life Private Eye. An Article by Michael Kane of the West Boylston/Boylston Banner.

West Boylston based private detective John Lajoie has been shot at. It happened in Worcester, on a golf course. There was no shoot-out. There was no high-speed chase through the hills of Worcester. Lajoie took cover and called the police. The shooter fled. That's the life of a real private investigator.
