Tricia Bonzey has been working at LII since 1995. She started as an administrative secretary, was promoted to administrative investigator, eventually became the office manager, and then went on the road as a field investigator in 2001. Although trained by John Lajoie, Tricia has a unique investigative style that is a superb compliment to her outgoing personality. People want to give her information, and she’s good at getting it out of those few who are reluctant. Her investigative talents in the area of complicated SIU insurance investigation, wrongful death, personal injury, criminal defense, auto accident, and general & commercial liability claims investigation are extremely strong. She can start a complicated investigation from scratch, investigate it to a successful conclusion, and complete a detailed report without administrative assistance; and she types in excess of 120 words per minute.
It does not do her justice to comment that Ms. Bonzey’s time management techniques are legendary. Her efficiency, professionalism, trustworthiness, and top work product has brought LII accolades from just about every client she has worked with. Tricia works the entire state of

Jessica Civale came to work for LII in 2003 and to say that she has made a substantial impact with clients and her fellow employees would be an understatement. Level headed and extremely affable, Jessica is a top of the line investigator with over five years of investigative experience. She came to LII from another agency and has been producing with great results ever since. In addition to investigating complicated death investigation, criminal defense cases, and sensitive corporate due diligence matters, Jessica’s forte’ is SIU and liability insurance investigation in the Boston metro, Lowell, and Lawrence districts, tough areas known for insurance fraud. Kellie Yankauskas came to LII in 2005 after internships with the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority Police, and the MA Criminal History Systems Board as a CORI analyst. Hungry to learn the business, Kellie made the transition from field investigator trainee to a competent field investigator in a short period of time. Trained by John and Susan Lajoie, Tricia Bonzey, and Jessica Civale, Kellie specializes in insurance SIU and all lines liability investigation. She quietly goes about her business, obtaining an excellent, result oriented work product. To say that Debra Zellen is a ball of energy is an understatement. Deb started with LII in 2006 after graduating from the Boston University Professional Investigation Certificate Program and has been diving head strong into SIU and insurance claims investigations ever since. Deb has a degree in Criminal Justice and came to LII from Blue Cross Blue Shield where she worked as a claims auditor.
Deb is a competent filed investigator experienced in the art of interviewing, and has a unique style that assures cooperation and success. She is extremely affable and her smile exudes confidence. Deb handles cases from the South Shore area all the way to Springfield. She is a lifelong resident of Massachusetts.

Angela Germain started at LII in January of 2006 after having graduated early from college with a BA in English and Literature. So it is an understatement to say her writing skills are excellent. And she types about one hundred words per minute. Angela is very task, goal, and project oriented. She has great interpersonal and organizational skills and puts them to good use on our (your) investigative files. Angela is a quick leaner, a hard worker, and has a great sense of responsibility. Angela is top notch field investigator specializing in SIU, casualty claims investigation, legal investigation, and criminal defense. She’s an aggressive, yet customer service oriented, investigator. Jessica Lajoie works part time for LII as an administrative assistant and an investigator trainee. She types over 100 words per minute and is very efficient. Her social personality lends itself to successful investigation. Everyone loves her. Jessica can talk to a street person one minute and fit right into the board room the next. Extraordinarily talented in the arts, she is a natural communicator.
